We use an online telehealth company and platform for the live video sessions. It is HIPPA compliant and easy to use. You will receive an email with a link for the video session. Just follow the instructions to download the app (only if using a mobile device) and then to access our private room. You and I will be able to see and hear each other, just as in-person therapy. My approach is the same as in-person therapy; I will ask you questions, listen, be empathetic, and offer new perspectives to allow you a new way of thinking.
What about Phone Sessions?
Would you prefer a phone session without video? No problem! We will use the same platform as with online therapy, you will just block the video portion. We will speak for the full 60-minute or 30-minute session.
