Do you prefer having ongoing contact with the therapist in between sessions? Do you prefer a more structured approach with a format geared towards progress over a specific time frame? Do you prefer the group environment for additional support and to bounce ideas off of each other? Do you need time to process information before talking about it?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then online workshops and classes might be exactly what you are looking for! We will soon be offering 6-8 week programs, meeting virtually once a week and having ongoing group discussions/processing in between sessions.
