Living with depression and anxiety can be a challenging journey, but thanks to the numerous tools and resources available, you can manage these conditions and improve your mental health even on-the-go! Below are some of my suggestions. Feel free to add tools that work best for your situation.

Mood Tracking Apps

Mood tracking apps have become increasingly popular in recent years with the goal of helping people with their mental health. These apps can be a useful tool for monitoring and understanding your moods, but not all apps are created equal.

There are many mood tracking apps available, each with its own features and benefits. Take some time to research and compare different apps to find one that suits your needs and preferences. Look for an app that is user-friendly, customizable, and has the features you need.
